Welcome to the Hotel, Catering, and Tourism Training Institute (HOTCATT), established in 1991 to offer the tourism industry the best human resource development opportunities in performance standards, techniques, and internationally recognized knowledge in hospitality, catering, and tourism. This will enhance Ghana’s tourism product and ensure that Ghana remains a competitive tourism destination, thereby bringing substantial socio-economic growth and sustainable development.
