SAKINA MOHAMMED

Sakina’s academic journey began with a Diploma in Education from University of Education, where she graduated with honors. She continued her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Catering Hospitality Education, during which she developed a keen interest in the Hospitality and Tourism Management. She further continued with a MTech in Catering Hospitality and Tourism Education from University of Education Winneba.
Throughout her academic career, she has been dedicated to teaching. As an instructor, she has taught a wide range of courses including Introduction to Hotel, Catering and Toursm Management. Her teaching emphasizes active learning, critical thinking, and the application of principles to real-world problems.
She is committed to mentoring the next generation of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Outside of academia, She is passionate about entrepreuship and public seminars. She frequently engages with the community through workshops, seminars, and public lectures, aiming to promote a better understanding. Overall, Sakina Mohammed is a dedicated educator, and advocate for the field of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Through her teaching, and outreach efforts, she continues to inspire and empower students to explore the Hospitality and Tourism management field.
