Bernice Nanor is an enthusiastic kitchen Skills instructor with a passion for teaching culinary arts and hospitality. With four years of experience instructing at the Hotel, Catering and Tourism Training Institute, she brings a blend of academic knowledge and industry insights to the classroom.

Bernice’s career journey began in senior high school where she studied Home Economics, sat for the west Africa secondary school certificate examination and passed successfully then continued to the University of Education Winneba, where she offered BSc Home Economics Education.
She has a keen interest in the catering and hospitality and is committed to explore, learn and gain more knowledge in the field her goal is to inspire and equip the next generation of hospitality professionals with practical skills and knowledge. Beyond my work, I enjoy exploring new cuisines and staying connected with culinary communities.
